We provide for a range of development, project and property management services.
While our main focus is on delivering social and affordable housing at scale, we also provide specific project services for various types of projects including childcare centres, commercial buildings, land development, hotels and residential apartments.

Our System
We provide ‘Ready to go’ and “Turnkey’ projects for our developer and investor client base.
We utilise a strategy of ‘use in search of a site” rather than that of bespoke design for each site. We have developed a mix of high-quality multi-unit complexes that can be applied to sites that suit that design.
IDENTIFY
We identify sites that suit our designs
ENGAGE
We engage with and manage, a quality suite of professional consultants to deliver consented designs for the site.
ORGANISE
We organise long term leases with preferred community services providers who are financially backed by the NZ government; or a pre-sales program with similar parties.
INVITE
We invite our developer or investor clients to take on the project.
DELIVERY
We manage the delivery of that project for the developer or investor client.
MANAGE
We manage the property long term once it is completed.
