READY TO GO PROJECTS

We organise everyone and everything to obtain planning and building consents for any project. Once they are fully consented they are ‘Ready to Go’. Our ‘Ready to Go’ projects simplify the consenting process for clients.

Once consented we will provide construction management oversight services to ensure that the project is delivered in full.

TURNKEY PROJECTS

‘Turnkey’ projects are the next step up from a ‘Ready to Go’ project where we deliver the total project as a completed development ready for occupation. We do this on a guaranteed fixed price basis – no variations or cost increases. This suits investor clients who do not want to directly develop themselves who are nevertheless looking for projects to develop to sell or develop to keep.

Jo has been involved in property development and investment both in Christchurch and Auckland over a number of years.  She has previously held the role of senior commercial property manager for one of NZ’s largest property syndication companies, responsible for all commercial matters relating to a national portfolio of properties including office, retail, and industrial assets.

With considerable experience in property development and property management Jo has a unique set of skills and knowledge that provide balance and perspective to the company strategy and execution.

Murray has wide experience in the property industry with over three decades of involvement in construction, development, capital allocation, due diligence management, acquisition of commercial grade property and the delivery of property developments.

Murray’s role within the company is as Project Director.  His primary focus is on business development to grow company activity and capability including matching capital to projects.

Josh has spent over 16 years in the property market, working in various roles from property marketing to development management. For the last 5 years, he was involved with a sales management role and made over $70m in sales transactions. He is passionate about helping people achieve their goals.

Josh has a wide network of key clients and professional services providers.  His role within the company is the Business Development Manager with a primary focus on client relationships and delivery of results that matter.

Our purpose is to create a great outcome for our clients and we do this by providing a clear road map for how to step out any project, transparent budgets and feasibility reports, taking care of organising everything and everyone on your behalf and then managing the delivery of all elements to a completed project.

Our mission is to provide decent housing for people – now. We are focused on delivering housing faster and better. We do this through delivering attractive well designed housing, built from timber based panels by Masterbuilders and backed by a ten year Masterbuild guarantee.

 


Subdivisions

We have expertise in carrying out both urban and rural subdivisions.

We specialise in carrying out both freehold residential subdivisions as well as comprehensive residential developments.

People are often sitting on a small goldmine through having large sections with a single home. These sites can often be further subdivided as either a single new site or a multi unit site.

Pivot has created a simple process for subdividing land that takes away the complexities for you.

We drive everything for you.

Our simple five step process is:
1. We’ll organise all survey and consents matters.
2. We’ll organise your funding for you.
3. We’ll organise a pre-sale of your new section for you.
4. We’ll organise all site works and new titles required.
5. You settle the sale and bank the money.


Social Housing

We have a particular interest and focus in delivering social housing. It’s our view that everyone has the right to a decent roof over their head. Thousands of people do not have this basic right and we are all the poorer for this problem.

Pivot is dedicated to providing housing solutions for people who are disadvantaged and not doing so well.
