We source land in the right locations, apply market researched designs to it, establish planning and site reports, provide feasibility budgets and present these to clients to purchase. This provides our developer clients with pre-planned ‘Ready to Go’ projects that they can simply pick up and execute with confidence.
‘Turnkey’ projects are the next step up from a ‘Ready to Go’ project where we deliver the total project as a completed development ready for occupation. We do this on a guaranteed fixed price basis – no variations or cost increases. This suits investor clients who do not want to directly develop themselves who are nevertheless looking for projects to develop to sell or develop to keep.
We are focused on social and affordable housing, developing sites with multiple homes. We have a particular interest in looking out for the poor and the vulnerable, along with helping people into home ownership, through producing attractive, well-designed homes at affordable prices.

Jo Alcock
Director
Jo has been involved in property development and investment both in Christchurch and Auckland over a number of years. She has previously held the role of senior commercial property manager for one of NZ’s largest property syndication companies, responsible for all commercial matters relating to a national portfolio of properties including office, retail, and industrial assets.
With considerable experience in property development and property management, Jo has a unique set of skills and knowledge that provide balance and perspective to the company strategy and execution.
Murray Alcock
Director
Murray has wide experience in the property industry with over three decades of involvement in construction, development, capital allocation, due diligence management, acquisition of commercial-grade property, and the delivery of property developments.
Murray’s role within the company is as Project Director. His primary focus is on business development to grow company activity and capability including matching capital to projects.
