About this Project

This project was carried out by our joint venture partner Ginus.
The team role was to package the overall development for on sale, carry out due diligence for the incoming buyer, assist in redeveloping the original design from 84 apartments to a total of 163 apartments.  We also assisted in negotiations with Kiwibuild.
