​Pivot has located the site, prepared a ‘Turnkey’ development project, applying a design solution working with Stapleton Elliot Architects and is currently establishing this project as a long term leased solution to housing needs. Pivot is responsible for the total project delivery from procurement and management of all consultants, obtaining consents, procuring the Main Contractor, managing site works, contract administration, Code Compliance issue along with re-issuing all new titles.
