Pivot acted as Owners Agent/Development Manager in the redevelopment of this site, applying a design solution through award-winning JCY Architects through to procurement and management of all consultants, obtaining consents, procuring the Main Contactor, managing works, administration and Code Compliance issue along with re-issuing of all new titles.
