Our primary focus as a Development Manager is to drive a great outcome for everyone. We’ll put the total project together from working out what is the best use of the site through to design management, obtaining planning and building consents and then to construction oversight.

Project Funding Services
Pivot works alongside The Lending Department (THELD) a well-respected mortgage brokerage company. Pivot offers to organise any funding requirements for the client utilising the services of THELD.
THELD works with all the major bank and non-bank lenders and should be able to take care of your finance requirements to expedite the project works.
Fixed Price Turnkey Construction
Pivot Homes, a partner company, will deliver the site works and buildings to a turnkey stage for low rise construction projects. The construction works will be at a guaranteed fixed price and will come with a ten-year Masterbuild guarantee on completion.

We have a strong carbon reduction program which results in a recognisable low carbon footprint which is another appealing point of view especially for younger buyers.
Pivot Homes uses a timber panelised construction system which enables a faster construction timeframe than is standard in the industry.
Sales and Marketing Management
In order to complete a project, Pivot offers to oversee any sales and marketing program that is required.
Pivot works with Ginus who are specialists in property marketing materials and products. Ginus will establish high-quality renders, websites, brochures, photography, drone footage, videos, and other associated materials.
Appointing the right Real Estate company for your project is critical. Pivot will assist in the selection and appointment of this party and then oversee activity and report to the client on sales progress until the project is completed.
